Meet Mama Lola

I am Iya Ifá́lolá Sàngóyemi, known affectionately as Mama Lola. I am a teacher, healer, spiritual counselor, Reiki practitioner, and Lightworker. For over a decade, I’ve served the Atlanta community as a trusted Intuitive Reader and Iyalorisa, offering sacred guidance rooted in truth, spirit, and ancestral wisdom.

Through my intuitive readings, I offer clients clear and compassionate messages from their spirit guides and/or ancestors—delivered with love, integrity, and purpose. My coaching and spiritual development offerings are designed to awaken your inner knowing, deepen your connection to the Divine, and help you step boldly into your power.

I currently facilitate The Whisper Within, a transformational course that blends meditation, intuitive journaling, and spiritual practice to help participants attune to their deepest guidance. I’m also excited to share that my next offering, The Guided Seer, will be launching soon—a sacred journey for those ready to sharpen their intuitive gifts and embody their role as spiritual messengers.
